I do have cURL Installed and I still get this error

It's Preinstalled and Enabled by the Hosting provider (Go Daddy) Atleast according to their Support Documentation, do I need to edit the php.ini file to actually turn it on? |

Do you have cURL? and Are you using Troy's modified version? Also are you Working with an Existing Forum or a Clean Install? |

TEA 1.3.0 r169 -¬ 2009-2011, Temars EVE API Clean Install . No cURL.
You will need cURL installed on your Hosting.
And it sounds liek you are not using the version that Troy fixed. |
